    Need help w/deca,sustanon and winny

    Hello, I've recently got hold of some Deca300mg/10ml, Sustanon250mg/10ml and some winny50mg/50tabs. Could someone give me advice on cycles/stacking on these. Some back ground on myself I'm 40yrs old 5'9" 250Ibs. I've been bodybuilding and competing over 20yrs and cycled twice over those years last time being 1996. My goal is to gain quilty mass and hardness. Could someone plz reply Thank you very much..29% bodyfat.

    51.9 % bodyfat ????? are you sure???

    if that is the case, you need to stay FAR away from steroids for now until you get your bodyfat down
    It is VERY unhealthy to use steroids with high bodyfat, as it will increase all the sides including gyno, organ stress, blood pressure, ect.........

    I used a scale i bought from target i think batteries are low i personly believe my bodyfat right around 29% im not fat at all my waist is a 38

    i have a feeling that you measured it electronically, which are bunk.. put it this way.. if you arent at least under 15% i think you should get your diet checked.. well your not so here!

    Another way to calculate BMR BMR CALCULATIONS
    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    Diet 400gram protien and 400gram carbs and low fat supplemented with shake and supplements cardio 3x week 20min

    daily macros do minimal help. what are the foods per meal, what are the macros per food, macros per meal and BMR. diet off days, workout days.. this supplies nothing for critiruq
