I want to get on a good lean bulk cycle any recomendations. I'm 25 this will be my 3rd cycle I have my diet in check and know how 2 lift I lift and cardio 5 days a week and have been lifting for 4 to 5 yrs my body fat will be about 14% or possibly lower before I start. Just want some suggestions on what to research on before I get on anything or buy anything I'm just planing this out. Any suggestions?
