    whats a good lean bulk cycle look like?

    I want to get on a good lean bulk cycle any recomendations. I'm 25 this will be my 3rd cycle I have my diet in check and know how 2 lift I lift and cardio 5 days a week and have been lifting for 4 to 5 yrs my body fat will be about 14% or possibly lower before I start. Just want some suggestions on what to research on before I get on anything or buy anything I'm just planing this out. Any suggestions?

    haha what sticky are you talking about what is the name of it? Is it the one at the top of this section about gyno reversal? I went to the PCT section and read some stickys in there about PCT theres all sorts of things you can take and it kind of confuses me a little I really do need help with that before I start anything which is why im here to find out what cycle im going to get on then I will find out what PCT to take and the doses and everything. Even though I was reading it doesnt matter what kind of cycle you take the PCT will be the same if you want to keep your gains is that tru?

    also do not have the money or sources for hgh is there anything else besides that? by the way age 25 height 6'4 weight 250 bf about 18% now but on a cutting diet taking ECA stack will be about 14% bf before I start cycle. I have been lifting for about 4-5 yrs really consistent this past year. Diet is ok still working on that I was given a link to watch some vidoes still in the process of that but my diet isnt bad. I am eating about 3000 kcals a day but healthy I get at least 250g of protien a day tuna, chicken, oatmeal, lots of green veggies, some fruit but mostly early or after workout, protien shakes, peanut butter, fat free yogart, only drink water about to get some ***** 3 and some more multi vitamins. What else can I incorperate into my diet?

    what cycles have you done in the past? Test is the way to go. If your diet and workouts are good and consistant then test alone should be enough to see good results. It's more about the diet oppossed to what drugs your on.

    Well the first time I did a cylce I had no idea what I was doing but did it with a friend who was as dumb as me and acted like he knew what he wasa talking about but I did tren and winny no pct luckily I didnt see any real sides It was at a low dose like 250mg per week of tren and I took the winny pills cant remember what the dose was with that. Maybe it wasnt even real but did loose some weight and got some strenght gains without dieting right. The second cycle was test E only at 500mg per week twice a week with .25mg of letro and 50mg a day of clomid and 25mg a day of nolva for about 30days for PCT. I am def planing on taking test but what else could I stack with it to get a lean bulk I mean I dont care too much about water but dont want to be super bloated and I am trying to keep all my gians. Any help?

    cutting or bulking depends on DIET more so than gear !!

    I can cut on 500mgs of test or bulk on it
    I can cut using Deca in my cycle

    all depends on DIET not the gear

    Ok well I dont want to cut really I am doing that right now naturaly well with some ECA but no gear. I want to bulk but clean not loose weight I play football and need to be pretty lean extra unwanted weight is not good I need to be explosive fast and agile. Soo it really depends on how I eat or how many calories I get and I need to keep them clean?

    WELL SINCE you already done tren and test seperatly , put them together for a correct cycle this time.

    **** man I just posted my diet and it didnt save here it is agian what I ate yesterday

    7/ 40 min cardio
    750/ double serv protien shake fruit
    9 /6 boiled eggs 2 serv oatmeal
    1120/ can of tuna whole wheat crakcers
    1pm/ half chicken baked and mixed veggies steamed
    4/ can of tuna fruit
    6/ 4 spoons of peanutbutter celery sticks
    745/ gym
    850/ 2 serv protien shake fruit
    930/ a shit load of shrimp and a salad with oil and vinegar.

    this is close to 2500 calories my DRI is 3030. I get about 280g of protien. Right now this is what I am eating for cuting. When I start cycle since I will be bulking clean I will eat about 1500 more calories and another 100g of protien. Is this ok or what can I do to get better?

    diet seems ok to me, not spot on but ok. wanna avoid consuming fats post workout (penaut butter). why not try eq? meant to give lean gains, some people like it some people hate it intrigued

    Ok soo a eq test stack do you think that would be a good lean bulking stack? Haha I will lay off the PB a little. Why not tren test stack? what is soo wrong with tren for beginers are the sides on tren that bad? I have taken it before but didnt see or feel that much sides. Isnt deca and tren similar in sides?

    I got really good results with the test e only cycle my bench went up 100+ pounds I gained some good size lost alot of fat. Everyone was telling me man you look good your getting bigger more muscular. my squate went up over 500 lbs. I was working out doing about 4 reps with 455 squating parralell to the ground. I want to stack something this time tho. I really just want to get leaner which im working on now and get a little bigger and alot stronger I need to be explosive I play football.

    No its not who care about the diet when your on gear I know dieting is about 80% of how you look and the gains you will get/ keep. I know its very important but thats not what this thread is about. My diet is ok for now im naturally cutting before I get on the cycle im planning I am going to have my diet in check. I have been in the diet section of this forum doing alot of reading lately this thread isnt about dieting thats all.

    Ok well I think I am going to take some test tren and dbol
    week 1-14 test e 750mg 2 times a week
    week 1-4 dbol 40mg/day
    week 1-10 tren e 400mg 2 times a week
    PCT weeks 16-22
    will have letro on hand

    what kind of PCT would you recomend for a cycle like that?

    I read an article on lean bulking that stated...take your current body weight, mulitply it by 15 and add 500...and thats how many calories you need in a day to grow. Then take those calories and divide them up into appropriate macros and divy those up into your meals for the day. And just make sure your eating clean cals (with the apprpriate proteins/carbs/fats ratio) and make sure your are eating carbs that have a low glycemic index
