Clen while trying to gain lean mass?

I've looked in the archives but I cannot find a straight answer to this question. The question is this: if I am eating clean and running a calorie surplus in an effort to gain lean mass, will clen help me to lose some of the existing bodyfat while the diet helps me to gain the lean muscle, or is clen a waste when one is trying to gain mass (in effect counter acting some of the calorie surplus)? I am also doing lower intensity cardio several days a week.

    Thanks.

Save the clen till you are cutting. It's a waste when your trying to bulk.

from my undestanding some mass can be gained on clen ...its the t3 that may start 2 eat away at it. Clen doesnt help but it doesnt hurt or am i wrong?

^^dont people usually do the clen /t3 stack? are you still able to bulk some while on t3 or are you merely just retaining what you have already got?

Curious as to why you think you can bulk on t3? I know t3 will increase protein synthesis but it will also increase your BMR. So the extra cals you are consuming will more-than-likely be burnt by the t3, which would lead to not a lot of muscle gain.

What the hell are you guys talking about? Clen and T3 increase BMR so you burn more calories. You need a caloric surplus to gain weight, and a caloric deficit to lose weight, so if you're taking clen or T3 whilst bulking, all it would do is make you have to eat more so that you can gain weight. You can not burn fat and gain muscle on a chemical that merely increases BMR.

It also raises your body temperature, as well as aids in protein synthesis.

So I guess taking a stimulant that is going to increase our BMR would be a very wise choice. 40-50mgs of T3 on cycle (AAS) WILL AID IN MUSCLE BUILDING.

Besides the fact that there is conflicting research on that, anti-catabolic does not mean anabolic .

so will t3 start to eat away at some muscle from the get go? or will it target the fat cells first and then hit the muscle? or does it not discriminate and it attack everything at once?

I use clen in pct ...with great success may I add......and its anti-catabolic properties are for real.....my statement is from personal experience not from something I've read.

Decreasing protein breakdown contributes to a better protein balance and thus greater gains.
