this will be a lean bulk for this winter as last winter i put on a lil too much fat got to around 17% at 214lbs
diet i now i am cycling carbs,then will be 7 meals per day,3 of which will contain carbs equaling about 1 1/2 times my bodyweight,except on leg days which i will increase carbs. obviosly eating 2 times bodyweight in protein. good fats,fish,nuts,flax ect..
