    Delts,glutes and quads,my fav in that order.I have done many times tho pecs,bis,tris and lats.Never done calfs or traps,and dont plan on it either.

    When you inj in quads do you feel pain or get sore for few days or this only happens when you inj for the first time? i injected my right quad and it was SORE as F***K!!! for 3 days then i did my left one and it was even more sore, to the point that i walked funny for 3 days. Today is the 4th day and its getting better but holy shit i was sore!! and im using 1.5" needle

    The exact shit happened to me. Last Monday I did my right quad for the first time ever and the injection went perfect, but for the next 3 days it hurt like hell. Did my left quad the following Friday and it is still very sore 5 days afterwards. Left quad hurt even more. Can barely walk up the stairs. My second time doing right quad wasn't as bad though the next few days afterwards. Guess it takes like 2-3 weeks for your virgin muscles to get used to it. Only reason I'm pissed is because you basically can't do a decent quad/ham workout with the soreness.

    Does anyone know if delts or glutes get as sore the next few days afterwards?

    buttock,, if its just 2x a wk why take a chance of being sore in another part of my body when i know shooting the glute will have no ill effect. Guess alot of guys do it so much though they dont really get sore anywhere they shoot but when i get sore in quads it fks up my running and leg work outs.

    Glutes are the easiest. I like hitting delts and tri's. Even though I know there is no truth to the theory of the injection site growing bigger........I like pinning the upper body.
