Need help with first cycle (atrophied muscles)

I had a post here about 2 months ago maybe outlining my situation but I can't find it. In a nutshell, I herniated 2 discs in my neck which pinched a nerve which caused my muscles to completely atrophy. My chest, tricep, and lat were absolutely fried. This happened about 9 months ago. My lat has come back, but my chest and tricep are taking much longer. I am about 40-50% strength back in the gym.

Since my last post, I have lost 20 pounds and gotten back into "shape". So now I am looking for something to help me grow my muscles back and keep them after I am done with my cycle. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

I was thinking of running andropen or some other form of test. My questions are as follows:

    1) Should I injuect into my tricep?
    2) What should I run? How long? PCT, etc.
    3) Has anyone had a similar injury where they had nerve issues that led to muscle atrophy? Outside of ALOT of time, what has helped you?
    4) Can I expect to keep the muscle after the cycle is over?

As a side note, I do compete and am not looking to put on much size. Obviously size will come with a test cycle, but after I am off, I would like to get back to my current weight, with the only difference being that I have my chest and tricep back to full capacity. Hope that makes sense.

This will be my first cycle. I ran GH, 2IU per day, 5 on, 2 off for 3 months and have been getting ART treatment which has helped me. I am still no where near 100% but have made gains. I am currently off GH.

Any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Thanks.

    Spot injections are a myth.
I would wait until you get back to normal first

This cycle is to help me get back to normal and keep me there. Kind of give me a boost since it has been 10 months or so since my injury and I am only at 40-50%. All the stability muscles are just not there and my arm and chest are flabby. Right now, I can't even do one dip.

I am hoping the cycle builds it back and gives me the boost where I can maintain afterwards.

First off I am new however I work in the medical field thus I have a few questions that may or not be important. Has it been determined that the nerve that caused the atrophy has healed? Are you concerned at all that the cycle may permanently cause an asymetry issue? I also have heard that spot injection is more of a myth than fact with the only possible issue being that the puncture in the fascia allows the muscle to grow a little easier due to the fascia not being as tight. ( again I do not believe there are studies proving this theory)
