Tired from Training or my body getting used to the beginning fo the cycle??

So as of lately I have had some trouble sleeping and I have been somewhat tired. I just started my anavar only cycle on monday (50mg ED). My trainer said that I should look into some multi grain vitamin, which i may do. I have been lifitng upwards of days a week and doing Cardio a full 7 days a week. I think I may be training a little too much and may take off a full day but i thought cardio 7 days a week is not bad. Plus I was thinking that maybe my body is adapting and getting used to the anavar........not sure really just wondering what u guys thought??

    My Diet:

(Did 30 mins of Cardio before breakfast this morning for first time)
2 whole eggs, 6 egg white, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
10 ounces of grilled chicken, 2+ cups of brocolli
1 1/2 scoops of Max PRo with 1 bag of uncooked plain oatmeal and 1 cup of milk
1 hour of lifting 40 mins of cardio (today will be cardio only since its a rest day)
2 scoops of Whey Matrix 5.0, 1 cup of milk and 1 half of a gatorade (for simple carbs)
6 ounces of 93% Lean ground beef, 1 whole artichoke, a small bowl of salad and 1 tsp of lite Kens dressing
    1 cup of Cottage cheese

Note: I started my Anavar only cycle on monday. Also I know the beef should be 95%+ but thats all they had at the supermarket at the time.

How many days a week are you weight training? Anavar is really not that powerful. You may be over doing it.

the cardio might be killing you too. 7 days is a lot. how long are you doing cardio for at a time.

    here is my .02 cents

1st of all, if you re having trouble sleeping, then i take it you re not getting enough sleep. you cant grow without proper rest

you re taking an anavar only cycle man, dont expect a whole lot. i included anavar in my current cycle and was not impressed at all, ran it 70mg to 80mg ED

also looking back at your diet, not sure what your goals are, but you re basically consuming only 3 solid meals a day! too much liquid in your diet, ie shakes and gatorade. that meal after your workout is no good, your body will digest it too fast. replace that with another meal with solid food and try to add 1 more meal in there somewhere

On Lift days I do 10 mins pre workout and 30 mins prework out.

On non lift days I will do 40 mins of straight cardio.

After doing some reading I might start implementing early morning cardio on an empty stomach, which I did today.

also mackattack, i just checked out your stats in your profile. any idea what your bf% is? what is your goal with this anavar cycle?

if you re in good shape, have a low enough body fat %, and trying to put on some muscle, you should be consuming much more food than that, you re a big guy

I am now 248 lbs and 6'4. I did the test yesterday and was aroun 18-19% BF.

My goal with the Anavar is gain some lean mass and lose some of the stubbourn body fat i have. Anavar helps with the loss of midsection body fat, which I have personally noticed before hand from a cycle of it.

yes it can help with some fat shedding given your diet is good. im not real great on cutting diets, better with bulking. although, if i were you id at least try to get 4 solid meals in. cardio in the AM is your best bet to help shed some fat. workout later in the day and try to switch up your workouts. high intensity, fast paced

My trainer has kept me on point with this precisely. As my body changes the workouts have changed especially in relation to intensity. I am going to give my best to waking up early and going to the gym for some empty stomach cardio and I gotta say it is primarily ALL WOMEN which I love, more ass and tit to glance at periodically if i need some motivation.........lol

I appreciate the help but i dont like individual "Diets", like ECA, Keto and what not........

The problem I see it as, "diets" do not last long and are unreal. I am more of a "meal plan" guy since i incorporate things I like to eat and change things as i go along. Obviously if you are just tyring to reach a simple goal then thats great but i am trying to make a life change after being sick for 9 months with a issue that arose from a tooth absis and led to a sinus infection, pneumonia, and bronchitis, i used to be in great shape and after 8-9 months of that and prednasolone it has really set me back.........

Just a little update. I took the afternoon off with no cardio.

I slept for 2 hours this afternoon, and when I was sleeping i felt extreme warmth at certain periods of time and little uneasyness/soarness. After waking up and moving around I felt 100 times better. My body was def telling me I needed some rest and I think it was a good idea to do no cardio this afternoon. Overall I feel a ton better and i think my body just needed some rest and some time to get used to the Anavar some more.
