    running winny with high cholesterol

    6'4 230 15%bf
About to start test prop(100mg eod), clen (40-60mg/day), and winny tabs (50mg/day) wanted to run 10 weeks...but the more I read about how bad the winny is for your chol. the more scared I get! I am 30 years old and have high chol., I do not have the numbers offhand but 275 or so was one of them I think. Should I do 3 weeks on 3 weeks off or something? How long does it take once you get off for my already high chol. to go back to normal lol????

I would skip it... I had low blood pressure but on a winny cycle it was up into the high zone. Gains on winny are mild, not worth the sides now that I've tried it IMHO

Well I am trying to get shredded/hard look, not to mention its already on the way...hate to run test by itself, I do not want to get HUGE, people already accuse me of juicing and have not done it in 3 or 4 years. Would 3 weeks on/off be long enough to see results?

If you decide to use the winny - I would add the following to your regimen:

policosanol - 20 mg / day - find it at any health store - helps block cholesterol absorption

B-3 (Niacin) time release - 500 mg 2 times / day - boosts HDL production

red brewers yeast / rice - as directed on bottle.

Most all steroids will raise your overall cholesterol production. Winny more so than others. Possibly consider another choice for cutting. In my personal experience, the above regimen helps maintain a fairly normal profile.
