What does this mea? (cant find it anywhere)

Where someone writes like:

Havoc (mg): 20/30/40/40

or

Nolvadex - 40/40/20/20? (again, unsure)

what do the series of numbers mean? and also why is there always 4?

When you see things like Nolva 40/40/20/20

It means 40mg of nolva every day for the first two weeks, 20mg ed for the second two weeks. You see a lot of 4 week patterns because that's a standard length of many kickstarts and pct's.
