    Add to cycle ?

    Just wanted some suggestions on what I can/should add, I am doing a pretty plain cycle... just test E 900mg/week, I know that's pretty high I have done a few test E cycles 500-750 and the sides aren't that bad at all so I wanted to push it a little higher to see if i get better results/feel better .. I have nolva/clomid on hand for pct and incase of estrogen related sides..

    My stats
    28 yrs old
    5'10 185
    Probably around 16% BF

    Looking to hit around 200-210lbs

    I just started this cycle im on week 2, Was planning to go anywhere from 12-16 weeks.

    5'10 and ONLY 185 and 16% after HOW many cycles???

    those are not great stats to be honest with you...... Sounds like your diet sucks....

    either way, if you are trying to gain some mass, I would suggest adding some Deca

    If you have done a few cycles and still finshed at 185 then your diet or work effort needs help. I am 5'10 and 178 pounds and 24 and have not done a cycle yet. Have you checked out the diet forum and had someone help you with it?

    without eating prperly your limiting yourself.. and by adding more test is not gonna help... eating more will.. well i mean the right stuff too

    Well the cycles I've taken in the past that I referred to were over 2 years ago, and my diet hasn't been the best. After my last cycle I finished at about 190 10% bf, I wasn't aiming to put on that much size. But not I would like to put on a little more size, Right now my protein intake is about 250grams/day.

    So should I lower the test E ? I know diet is the most important, and I will admit sometimes Im not strict at all.

    I don't think im that sensitive to test since my other cycles i didnt really get any acne and everything else was pretty much in control.

    If i were to add deca to my cycle, how should i throw it in and at what dosage/and how long, I never tried deca. I'm assuming i'll continue using the test atleast 2 weeks after deca is finished ?

    your already 2 weeks in on your test.. deca takes along time to kick run for 12 weeks atleast in you will end up taking a cycle for 16+weeks.. u can gain alot by just test and proper diet and pct... sometimes the simple way is the best way

    maybe maybe....... if your taking test e.. and get a hold of some d-bol hit that right away.. but from your stats i wouldn't have done a cycle at all.. and with that body fat..

    Well I been thinking, if I only gain 5-10lbs I would be fine... Would it make sense to go on a diet that will be high protein/low carbs and throw in some clen so I can loose bf and gain some muscle mass at the same time.. I'll be fine floating around 12% bf

    If i'm 185 now at about 16% BF, how realistic would it be to get to like 190-195 at around 12% body fat in 12-16 weeks ?

    Is my test E too high at 900mg/week, should I lower it to around 600 ?

    clen is going to burn u up... run the test alone... get your diet best you can+...... do a proper pct... then go from there.. your a little late for getting things together right seeing that you are couple weeks in.. you should know your own body with test... ive gone up to 1200 before and not seen much of a difference from 900 or what ever im doing at the time..

    i dont think u can gain that much muscle and lose that much fat at the same time..

    Can you point me in the right direction as far as diet goes, I will be reading through the diet forums, But if you know a good link i'd appreciate it or a quick over view of a protein/carbs/fat ratio .. keeping calories high or low ?

    post in the diet section.. with all your stats... and your goals.. get your bmr cause there gonna ask you that.. then your gonna have to go to fitday.com and get some macros going.. we got alot of people in there that will help you out...
