what is right for me?
im 25 going on 26 in a few months 6'1 280 lbs ... i have no experience with any steroids but see this as a motivational tool to finally get to the gym, working 10 hours a day 6 days a week doing construction is hard enough but i need to get myself into shape, im not looking to get big i just want to lose weight/fat and i guess you would say lean muscle gains?

diet and cardio cycle will give you the energy you need to get back into the gym. Learn how to life and eat and train over all then you will be ready for the gear.

Yea, if steroids were magic, we would all be looking like Mr. O
You got to get a solid base of muscle first
then make sure your diet is in line BEFORE using
then make sure your Bodyfat is below 15% for health reasons,
THEN you may want to consider adding steroids to the mix.
Consider the first 3 points above your new motivation to get to where you are Ready for steroids to take you to the NEXT level !!
