First off, I apologize for not reading the rules in a prior post. After trolling for several hours and reading up on about 70ish threads, I've decided to take another wack at it.
It's the summer time and I'm isolated in Texas in BFE at college. It's a college town, there's nothing to do; and it's a commuter's college. There's a REC center which is free for students year'round. I've devised a plan to utilize my spare time in ways that will benefit me long-term.
Post-college I was in football, baseball, basketball, track and field, power-lifting. As soon as I got in college, scholastics took over and I gained the freshman-senior ... "weight" and I've been on and off in the gym for my 4 year term.
Don't get me wrong, this thread isn't supposed to look like a last-ditch effort for some miracle cure. I actually have the willpower to put down the fork and to grab the sweats and hit the weights, I just haven't had the spare time to do so.
Making this ridiculous sob-story shorter, I would like to inquire through all the Vets, Admins, and Hall of Famers here, what would be the most, "Effective" way of cutting up for the next year. From all the research I've done, I can conclude there is no "right" steroid for anyone; it's a given. All dietery methods rely on the one participating them; and results won't appear if you believe chemicals are some miracle potion from Merlin.
So, would anyone like to chip in their 2cents? I would greatly appreciate the feedback.
I have a friend that can supply iWinny, Test, as well as a work-out buddy to comit myself to. While on iWinny, what should I eat/stack to sustain/prevent exhaustion, dehydration(water is a given), muscle pains, join soreness, tendon soreness/tearing, sex-drive depletion?
Thanks everyone, and again I apologize for my nothing less than head-first approach to this.
