i was wondering what i should use to gain muscle and get faster results.

about 160-165
not sure my bodyfat% i got skinny forearms small biceps(unfortunately)
i want to gain around 15-20lbs of lean hard muscle, not that big bulky look.
i want definition.
What should i use and how much of it.

20 years old, i dont have a perfect diet, i drink water, nothing carbonated.
i have a big appetite, fast food maybe once a week
i dont eat breakfast alot, cereal every now and then i eat a couple bowls of roman noodles at night maybe a warm up meal or a sub. i've been looking into protein shakes but theres hundreds,i heard aftermax was good but idk
