    what to use?

    i was wondering what i should use to gain muscle and get faster results.
    im
    6 feet
    about 160-165
    not sure my bodyfat% i got skinny forearms small biceps(unfortunately)

    i want to gain around 15-20lbs of lean hard muscle, not that big bulky look.
    i want definition.
    What should i use and how much of it.

    20 years old, i dont have a perfect diet, i drink water, nothing carbonated.
    i have a big appetite, fast food maybe once a week

    i dont eat breakfast alot, cereal every now and then i eat a couple bowls of roman noodles at night maybe a warm up meal or a sub. i've been looking into protein shakes but theres hundreds,i heard aftermax was good but idk

    6' tall and 185lbs. You will not be big and bulky. You should use food. You have already found your problem in bold.

    write out everything you eat on a daily basis.

    post your exact diet, seems like your not eating enough nor the right things...
