I also have what they call goiters on the thyroid and a condition called graves disease where the bodies immune system attacks the thyroid gland. I am now being treated by an endo and he put me on meds to slow the thyroid from producing too much hormones. During previous cycles I would always suffer high HR and palpitations which are also synonymous symptoms of hyperthyroidism. My endo suggested that I may have had this these conditions for years and it astonishes me why it wasn't picked up during blood work. My question is: do you think AAS could have exacerbated my problems and how does AAS affect the thyroid function?
