Time out between cycles according to a GP.
Finally managed to get an appointment with a GP that has experience with cycles and steroids . Yes not all athletes play fair these days and he has helped a few reach their "natural best". According to him nearly all cycles should not go for more then 10 weeks with a 4 week pct. The time between cycles should be the time on cycle without the pct. Advisable first 3 cycles are Test Prop or Test E and Deca with Hcg from week 5. For Pct once again according to him with these cycles Nolvadex at 20mg/d is enough without Clomid. Didnt get a lot of info on the gyno prevention and water retention although he did say that he prefers old school and goes with Proviron but will get more on that when i go for my blood results.

WTF is a GP?
And that PCT is weak at best. Read my sticky at the top of the section.

Sorry in America you probably call them Doctors. GP is General Practitioner or a Doctor. Yes I have read you sticky but I am just passing on what was advised by a Doctor. Is that a bad thing? What he says is that if you have HCG throughout the cycle then Nolvadex is all you need in the Pct. Or if no Hcg throughout the cycle then in the Pct Nolvadex with HCG.

Do whatever you want. Its your body. But ill tell you this, the doctor doesnt know wtf hes talking about. hCG in PCT is counter productive. So yeah... Tell him to read some medical studies...

Exactly. Doctor's do know EXACTLY what they're talking about.
"Doctors seem to never know best when it comes to steroids ." - thats because there 10 year medical degree concentrates on a broad spectrum of knowledge. Specializing is a completely different ball game buds. Try keeping up with an endocrinologist when they are talking about the details of your blood-work, I'd like to see if you could understand a single word! lol.
GP's just don't specialized in hormones. I currently see an Endocrinologist who knows more about steroids then anyone I've ever known.

pct is usually nolva and clomid for a simple cycle, hcg as has been said, is counter productive during pct, or can be!
