I wanted to know what would be the best supplement cycle for gaining muscle and increasing strength fast. I have a problem with fat in my stomach and chest area, I'm determines to make this go away so I won't be embarrased to take my shirt off on the beach or anyweres else, I sure would appreciate some professional help.

I would get checked out by a doc first. I started a cycle and developed panic attacks, never had those before. I am going to a doc to prescribe me some rub on testosterone .

Another thing, you are 20. You are a little young. The first thread on this site strongly recommends healthy adult males which is generally 25+.... and if you are 20 and weigh 310 lbs there is a good chance you have health risks. I want you to be careful buddy. You already have strong stats... I would just keep at it.

The only reason I considered a cycle was to get over all of these injuries.... I guess I just made myself worse off!@*

Your to young for a cycle of steroids . How tall are you as well what is your body fat %? Seriously dont even think about a cycle untill 25. Make sure your diet is in check and your training. Head over to the diet forum and post it up and people will give alot of good advice

I just need to work on some more cardio, I have to rely on most of you experienced lifters on what way to go.

^^ yea, get to the diet section here and post up what you eat in a day.

Trust us, you DON'T want to start a cycle of steroids at 37% bodyfat, you will just be asking for trouble and Man Boobies !!!

head to diet section and post exactly what you eat daily. Cardio and diet will be your best friends in loosing fat. It might not be a bad idea to go to a doctor and get blood work done before starting a new workout and diet. Make sure everything is good to go. Best of luck.
