I don't think you have any business doing anything if your plans are to use a steroid (and var 10 is not one) and a mild fat burner to get 'cut' and 'build up' your chest.

With the sounds of it, i would concentrate of your diet and training this will build your chest, AAS are not the answer for what your looking for.
