1 in. will do for your Delts.

Take a file and score it a bit then take a wash cloth and pop it.

    delt injection

Can I use a 1 1/4 inch needle . . . ? Also, this maybe a stupid question but anyone got any tips for snapping the head of amps, just I broke the first one and now i've got added mental obstacles.

wash cloths ad paper towels scare me as there not sterile, they hold dust, lint, and stuff and yes when there clean. just happens from sittng in your linen closet. the pen cap you can swab with alcohol and it only goes over the top of the amp saving your fingers and breaking the amp near perfect.

cheers guys, pen cap tip sounds good, wont filing it increase the chances of a particle of glass falling into the oil?

also i know 1 inch is optimum for delts but my needle exchange only had 1 1/4 inch, anyone used that length for delts?
