Stack advice concerning health
To make it short its been 8 years since my last (bulking) stack and I've partied/drank a lot for a few years. S0 I'm trying to avoid as much liver toxic alkalydic stuff as possible. Im familure with the bulking cycles but getting a lot of confusion on the safer i guess cutting type. Primo and deca stack seem the most common but I'm thinking I may want to throw a test in there to try and gain a lil more size.. maybe something like tren in the middle for 4 weeks? your help would be appreciated Ty.

past frequency 2-3 years ago .. everyday .. but been on and off ..mostly off last 2 years but i seem to be able to jump right into were i got off but a lil strength lost . more recently just trying to get the muscle memory to get to 60% of my best of back in the day. stats um..
age 33
weight 185
height 5'9"

I would suggest getting back into a solid routine in the gym for 6 months to a year before getting back on gear. Get the diet in check and bodyfat under 15% then consider a cycle

and shlong length, that is going to aid us as well..

its more of an preemptive strike ... wont start taking for at least 4-6 months of continuous training .. any suggestions?
