Knot in glute

The other day i noticed a small golf ball sized knot in my right cheek,, from a prop shot. Ive had swelling and knots b4 but they usually hurt and start goin away day by day. This one has no pain and doesnt seem to be shrinkin,, my question is will it break up over time?

It should, I mostly have those knots when I inject in my pecs. I notice it can go away in about 2 days or sometimes not for 4 days. I ended up switch from 1" to 5/8" for my pec. Prop can be a bitch
