Just wondering who else on here has gotten a Hemroid from lifting and increase in the amount of food in their meal plan??
I just got one, first one EVER in my life and its not that bad but definitely started to use some of the Cream on it which helps but I was wondering if I should not do any legs or squats this week to prohibit the problem getting worse.
I am sitting at my desk now and there is no pain but def a tiny bit of discomfort.....
