    3rd wk in

    prop 500mgs wk 2-12
    primo 300mgs wk 2-12
    winny 350mgs wk 1-5

    what you all think? any changes
    stats:
    160(up 2lbs)
    11.7% bf

    diets in check.
    my question.. should i add tren a at 250 wk?

    at 160 after 3 cycles sounds like you need to add some more food in

    yeah my thoughts exactly i know you say your diet is good but 160 and 3cycles under your belt something is wrong

    ya just keep adding things to the cycle...count on 5-6 pounds for each compound do a stack of six.. 35 pounds then you will be up to a normal persons weight after that cycle.. durrrrrr


    2 pounds in 3 weeks and your diet is in check.. i can gain 3 pounds off cycle if my diet was in check....

    2200 kcals
    275g protien
    75g carbs
    65g fats

    300/week of primo is useless. Also recheck you diet like they are saying...
