    hey i need some help on workout

    Hey what the HELL can i do about these stretchmarks on my armpits I'm getting them and I don't vene know why besides the fact that i lift al0t...
    Is it because i need to warm-up more?
    What can i do to get rid of them?
    Also here is my other question what would be a good routine work out 5 days a week and do cardio like 2 times a week like i have been doing or change it up to 3 days a week and do cardio everyday... to cut up?

    Better get used to stretchmarks, because they are not going away. They are now yours for life.

    You can minimize the amount of stretch marks with vitamine E oil, and i have even heard of somebody using Neosporn and getting good results with it, But as far as getting rid of them you can not, all you can do is lighten them up a tad.

    Lol i don't think warming up will do anything for those stretch marks. You are getting those stretch marks because your growing too fast for your skin.

    As far as workout i really don't feel like spoon feeding you a workout, but you should be able to make your own according to your fitness goals. You must first ask yourself what your goals are. What areas you want to improve. then map out your workout schedule according to that info.

    Imo since you are obviously new to the lifting game, i would stick with the compound exercises like bench, deads, and squats these are the most popular. They are pretty basic and very effective.
