I'm 32, weigh about 220, and I'm almost 6'2". I was always an athlete and did a few shots of Tes back in my college days, but after an injury I haven't been able to get back into the gym until now. I almost played college football until I blew out my knee so I have a good "muscle base", but the 6 pack looks more like the beginning of a keg now...
Question:
20 cc's of Teston (Mex. oil based Tes?)
20 cc's od Deca QV (also Mex. oil based)
4 mos. of Chinese HGH
I've been told 1CC of BOTH Deca AND Tes every 4 days, and to start the HGH halfway into it? But other people have said start off w/ that, but then the next week take less of the top 2...?
I'm not trying to bulk up as much as lose the fat, turn to lean muscle, and speed up the recovery process of my arm atrophy.
Suggestions? Thanks.
