Looking into starting steroids. Help Plzzz

I am new to this forum and i am looking for a bit of expert help on wether i should start a cycle or not.

    Age: 23
    Height: 5" 5'
    Weight: 165 pound

I have been working out for over a year now and have noticed some change in size but its not enough that i am happy with it. I have never used steroids and am not too sure about them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why don't you lay out your diet, or at least what you would eat in a typical day. Include macros if you can.

As far as bodyfat.... do you have a six-pack? Are you pudgy? Give us something to work with here...

    That is a diet.

Now you dont need steriods . You are on steriods. Natural ones. Your producing three times what us older men are. You need a diet and training program. You learn these two and your not going to need any juice till your 30.

Read the stickes on the diet board and look on the workout board for info.

    Breakfast: cereal/oats
Lunch: 4 eggs scrambled with half fat milk and wholemeal toast
Dinner: oven chips/boiled potatoes, chicken or other meat and veg

    Fruit in between meals

i dont have a 6pack just a little pudgy belly but not a lot of fat anywhere else

best bet is post in the diet section... cause your not eating right and not enough of anything.... you will be better off for now doing that

Yeah your diet is terrible lol, learn to eat right then in a year or two look at steroids .

This gives you plenty of time to research steroids, but diet is key....

Definately a no-no to AAS at this stage mate. you've only been training for a year and at 23, you've got alot more natural growth in you. Give yourself another 2-3years of hard training and see where your natural potential will take ya.
