    starting 2nd cycle, need help. TestE, Clen.

    Hey, starting my second cycle in the near future.

    stats:
    Age: 21
    height: 6'0
    Weight: 200

    I plan on taking

    100mg of test prop week(1-4)
    200mg of test e week(4-12)

    I also want to get rid of some stubborn fat i cant seem to drop.

    diet is on check, and so is cardio, been doing it for months.

    so my question is, when should i take the clen?

    no steroids..... age...... plus u dont have the right doses.. probably no pct... post up your diet....macros and so on

    2. I dont need to post my diet, it is not the problem, nor was it in the question.

    3. I didn't ask you to tell me anything more than when would be the best time to take the clen.

    4. I have a pct, sitting right across the room from me. nolva and clomi. I have everything i need.

    5. Don't tell me about age. I'm sure everyone on this board is above 21. I can not count the treads of people under 20!

    6. i mistyped, i meant to say 300mg of test e. My doses are fine. This is how i want to do it.

    7. My first cycle was 300mg of test prop.

    I'm not trying to come off like a jackass. I am an adult and so are you. I asked a question.

    Again, i will ask for simple advice of when would be the best time to take the clen.

    well good luck.. i gave you my answer.. as u can see not many other people replied.... for that same reason... i dont talk shit to people on here i usually just state the facts.. u cant handle that....
    the threads on all the other kids that are 20 didnt get very far with answers they wanted to here. cause it was always the answers they didnt want to here

    That is fine. Considering your only question was what my first cycle was...

    I never asked you to "talk shit" or state facts about what im doing wrong.

    I asked a question.. why can't you answer it? Like, after the cycle? or before i start it, or so on. People who act like you do, should not be trying to help someone. You assumed a lot, when i replied you gave me nothing but more unless sentences.

    Honestly, I just want your advice on clen. i typed that up pretty quick. i meant to type per week on the mgs, but as i said, i only care about the clen.

    i posted 842 times so far and i could actually say most of my post helped people out i dont think i honestly said something wrong ever...... i come off that way because so many people come on here thinking something that is totally opposite.......
    like yourself being 21 and so on.. its your body jsut trying to help.. i guess if you dont care why should i..


    take clen on cycle.. burns fat.. but sometimes muscle too..... so better while on aas then just taking it straight out


    got more ? how often you shooting prop? and what mg?


    p.s. your cycle is jacked up and wrong.

    Thank you. Sorry for coming off as dick, it seems like everyone been at my throat today. I know what clen does, but i've read a lot that people take it the first two weeks of the cycle and then something like the last two weeks.

    that was my main question. when could i maximize its ability without losing to much muscle.

    I eat about 7 meals a day total. the largest portion of it consists of chicken.

    8am: about 8oz chicken breast, and 4 egg whites.
    10am: 4 egg whites, protein shake
    12pm: usually an apple or orange and tuna on wheat
    3pm: 6-8oz chicken breast, maybe some almonds
    6pm: post workout - protein shake, tuna or ham on bread
    8pm: usually dinner of some sort - meat and veggies, nothing to much and protein shake
    11pm: usually something along the lines or cottage cheese..(hate it)

    I usually do about 20 miles a week total of walking on the tread mill, 4.2-4.5 speed with 2 incline.

    I decided to go on steriods after a close friend started with very good results. My first cycle i put on about 10-11 lbs of muscle. but it seems like no matter what i do, i cant get ride of a little flab on my stomach and love handles. Its not to much, its the last little bit that will get me close to what i want.

    your taking prop in the beginning anyways... which is fast acting. so it wont matter when u take it really to a point... how long you gonna run the clen?

    and the prop u have to shoot ed..


    you need the macros for your diet.. like calories/protein/carb/fat and percentages..
    cause by looking at it your not eating enough right off the bat.. let alone for a cycle.. i ate for 2 months at about 3500 calories with only 10 percent of that being fat and all my abs came out.. i do not do one bit of cardio..and i do not do abs at all..

    calorie to fat ratio in chicken is higher than you think...

    I want to run the clen long enough to get rid of the little bit of fat, maybe 2 weeks, but i've heard people dropping 10lbs which kind of scares me because i dont want to drop that much.

    Yes the prop's ester is low, so ED, to every other day. I know that's wrong, but i don't have enough prop left, and i want to get rid of it. any advice on that?

    Alright, I'll try to work on the diet more. Could you give any advice about what to replace, and where to add more?

    post in the diet section with your stats and all the meals and so on.. they are good in there and will help you.. you need to do the test in equal amounts from shift from prop to test e... plus u have to over lap cause by the time the e kicks in you would be weeks without the prop... i think you should scratch that whole cycle..... your blood levels will be everywhere.. could cause u alot of side effects

    ok, so i think ill jus scratch the prop, and jus do the test e, i may jus get another bottle to make up for the prop. i knew the prop was gonna cause more problems but i hate having a bottle laying around. this would alter the clen then right? I know test e takes a lot longer than prop.

    or should i jus start it off in the beginning the same as before?

    if your worried about the clen start it in the middle.. after you get your diet going right and the test kick in you might not even want to do it.. you will be suprised what a diet can do..

    I'm gonna take your advice. I'm gonna hold off 3-4 months, and get my diet down better.

    Gah i really wanted to try clen out too.... i heard so much good things about it.


    my thing is, i don't have anything but time.

    nice... you will be happy.. be patient with them in the diet section.. they helped me and my body fat is under 10 all the time.. maybe its even lower actually.. i think tomorrow i will have the nice girl at the gym check for me....
