    Clen's anti-catabolic effect

Most threads I've seen on Clen are just geared towards the fat loss aiding properties. How strongly do you guys feel Clen's anti-catabolic properties are and what dose is optimal?

I like its anti catabolic effect best following a cycle. Right after PCT is perfect. 40-80mcg should be good.

I guess if u are using it after a cycle just for the anti-catabolic effect then maybe it can do the job, but if u are using it for weight loss and doing lots of cardio then the clen cant keep up you will lose a little lean mass.

Unless you are using clen to diet with clean diet and no cardio?

i was told in a previous thread that the anticatabolic effects are just theory. it was said to me that it took outrageous doses before lab rats showed any signs of being anticatabolic...
don't know if this is true or not but figured i would throw it in for some scientific answers.

also animals have more beta 3 receptors than humans and this is likely the difference why they see any anabolic effects at all.

i used clen post cycle and regretted it.

it does, just not as much as it's more of a selective beta 2, but you're right it does both
