over training on eq and test e

im on my 4th week of my test e and eq and this past week i have really started to notice my stamina really go through the roof. i spennt 2 hours doing bis and tris today and at the end felt like i could just keep going.

it feels awesome but u dont wanrt to over train. it it less of a risk since im cycleing or do i need to still be carful.

i usto just spend an hour a day but an hour just doesnt feel like enough. i have bumped the weight up a little but i still want to do the movment properley and not just throwing weights around.

    thanks

overtraining is a big issue when on cycle, since you're recovery is better, and you feel like you wanna keep on going!

Do as many sets as you did off gear! Just shorten rest time inbetween sets...well at least many friends of mine do that!

keep going increase the weight gradually week by week and go as intensively as you can, the whole idea is that you can train harder and recover quicker, just make sure you get enough food / rest afterward!
