    Anavar and fat loss

    So i've noticed that pretty consistently on this board that fat loss and anavar doesn't seem to happen... or at least thats the commonly held opinion...

    i'm just curious about this since on www.steroid.com it seems to say differently..

    Anavar or any steroid for that matter does not directly burn fat.

    they do however aid indirectly by promoting a better environment for fat loss. anavar also suppresses peoples' appetite for the most part, also contributing to the fat loss.

    I STRONGLY disagree with anyone who says ASS does not cause fat loss.

    It's like saying ASS does not directly cause muscle gains either.

    It's not a magic pill, but if you are popping 60mgs of anavar a day, don't change anything, just your normal lifting and normal diet, you are going to loose fat and gain some muscle.

    steroids passivly help you burn fat.... added lbm means faster metabolism, especially if your eating 6-8 meals a day like you should be.... also, some compounds bind to fat cells, which supposedly helps with weight loss...

    iv taken var before, with sust... i dropped 10-11% on it... (made a few mistakes as a n00b), but my diet was nazi clean...
