Reduced chance of acne?
Just wondering any good tips regarding keeping acne at bay whilst on cylce?

best advise i can give while on cycle to aid in prevention of sides period is maintain blood levels as stable as possible by following proper injection schedule and keep estrogen/test ratios constant ..whether using an ai or not. jmo ....

For me, with test on my shoulders, no prevention, lol. Looks like I got shot with bird shot at close range.

use benzoyl peroxide 2x a day,there is a clear version that smooths onto your face real nice.to learn more about the regimen go to www.acne .org.i was acne prone until i started the regimen months ago,even on gear and after breakouts seem to show once in a great while.

As has already been said, keep to your schedule! works fine! bad schedule usually = bad sides!

Use an AI if using aromotasables, tan, wash regularly. Stay away from the harsher compounds like Tren .

Tanning and bathing at bed time and in the am when i get up. If i dont bath before bed i will get it bad. Night sweats and dirty skin= problems

I was recommended washing with Palmolive dish soap, though I never tried it a few people recommended it.

do not tan,tanning will conceal blemishes in the mean time making it seem like u are clearing up,but in the long run your skin will produce more sebum(oil) making u breakout
