    my own thread

    im new to this, i was wondering if liqui-test is somthin i should start with, im 24 never done anything like this, but i want more size and to get leaner and i cant seem to do it natural i have equidrene also any suggestions?????

    Sure your body will only hold so much natural weight..... but like stated I bet the diet is garbage......... Stats and you will be on your way to to getting BIG brotha.

    And as my man eroc said..... Please take time to read. Don't expect us to do everything for you...Do you know what PCT, AI's and all that fun stuff is?

    yea diet is shit ive went down hill since got out of school, but what about the ? i had about liqui test and equidrene ? i want more mass and i dont like fries! im 6'3 230
    and im tryin to find the diet section.... having trouble navigating

    I would advice reading about cycles, PCT's, diets, and workouts before you do anything bro, I love fries, just cant eat none because I am fat from liquid test......lol JK but please read first then ask question and we will help you get in the right direction, remember you have one body and one life to live, so dont jump infront of the train tracks before looking both ways it is the same here....

    as you just admitted your diet is rubbish thats where your problem is, doing steroids and having a bad diet will not work. you will not get what you want from doing a cycle while your diet is bad its a waste of time and money

    yea dude , i just did some reading here in your alls forum and theres loads of info!.b4 i just had some ?'s about the products i have currently liquitest and equidrene,. really im just looking for a fast way to drop some flab, i run every morn and work out quite literally all the time but the love handles just wont drop, of late i have started lifting heavier and the mass is coming but the flab wont get gone, ... diet yea ok i can change that but how can i get some quick results on the appearance? like i said im tired of cardio but i stay consistent with it, any help???

    Post your diet here or in the diet forum and lets see what we are working with...then post you cardio program as well

    i dont have a hardcore diet like what you all have posted,
    morning, cereal 2%milk most of the time corn flakes no sugar maybe with a little fruit
    no snacks b4 lunch
    Lunch , sandwich or salad i do eat take out or somthing quick from subway(my downside_)
    dinner , whatever wife cooks, no fried foods
    i do hit mickey d's for a shake everyonce in a while but not alot of junk food

    Cardio
    of late, jogging or runnign til im sick lol dont know if thats good or not but setting a distance doesnt seem to help i can go farther some days some days i cant .

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    best way i can explain it bro is you know how your liffting now and gaining some size but flab too. and your natty. same diffrence do some aas and you will gain size and fat plus some sides to go along with it.

    ok, i am not the best one on diets we have some really good guys here for that but you just need a start right now....cardio does not need to be about distance but more about time and your heart rate....

    diet you need to eat six to eight times a day, now how do you do this make you meals in one day and keep them in the frig....and take them to work with you you need right now about 2000 to 2500 cals a day and you need to intake lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats, you should be getting 40%protein 40% carbs and 20% fat.....now lets look at what you can eat

    Proteins

    Chicken breast
    Turkey breast
    Lean ground turkey
    Swordfish
    Orange roughy
    Haddock
    Salmon
    Tuna
    Crab
    Lobster
    Shrimp
    Top round steak
    Top sirloin steak
    Lean ground beef

    Low-fat cottage cheese

    ok bro pick one from each group and put it together and make one meal and do that five more times and you have your six meal for the day continue for the week then you have your weekly plan....

    Post workout shake should not be counted as a meal but should be taken within the first 15 to 30 mins after your workout....you do this and you will grow and grow and get lean....hope this helps like I said I am not good enough to write out a complet diet for you but if you go to the diet forum they can and will help you bro...good luck..

    dude my bmr is 3599?? wow! and i really appreciate the help. im a racecar driver and i am to proud to get a trainer, i stay on the road half the year... its hard for me to go in and just have help there , i really appreciate it
