How hard does the kidneys actually find the use of juice? and what sort of dosages would a man have to get up to, to actually damage them ? like huge dosages of juice, not enough of break between cycles?? that sort of thing , abuse

These are very good neophyte questions, but there are contingencies built into each.

The kidneys are not really affected much at all by oils, but rather it's both the kidneys and liver that are more thoroughly engaged by orals, though still not noteworthy enough to elicit precautionary measures at routine dosages. Thus, neither incurs significant compromise unless harsher orals like Dbol, Driol and even Winny (to a lesser extent) and possibly a couple of others are employed, because of which such compounds have cycling time limited constraints, i.e. they shouldn't be run for longer than a certain number of weeks during your cycle.

The dangers inherent to dosages vary along with the compounds in question. Generally speaking, an oil-based compound, and less harsh orals (other than those mentioned above) can be run rather high. But it should be noted that the dosages used in any cycle should be reflective of those from past cycles, and not arbitrarily determined.

Technically speaking (by definition), any use of a controlled substance without adhering to the control (prescription, and the prescribed dosing, frequency & duration) is rightfully defined as "abuse". What you're describing is gross negligence either intentionally in a foolish attempt to shorten an already great shortcut, or unintentionally often due to ignorance/lack of understanding. But "yes", either way can be harmful to multiple inter-related bodily systems, and "yes" such usage depending on the severity could explicitly harm the kidneys.
