    kidneys or lower back

    hey guys ,

the muscular area above my kidneys is kind of like very dull soreness , and it twitch at times , and my urine is very clear to light yellow .

what is this is this muscle twitching or something to do with my kidneys ??

and no i havent been taking any orals , just test at 250 to 500 mgs/week.

the twitchingis exactly where the kidneys are.

by the way , i've been doing a lot of humm... humping in the last few days , i know it cause some back pain but not in the kidney areas.

ad its not really pain , kind of like a very ver dull soreness.

I'm sure it was a joke about the STD.
Probably from the humping. Drink LOTS of water though to help flush out the kidneys and if it keeps up or gets worse go see the doc.

drink lotsof water and stretch. If worried about kindneys massage that area with the back of your fists, pointed towards eachother. I learned that excercise in tai chi/kung fu. Its good for your kidneys and will loosten up that area. I seriously doubt its kidneys though.
