I was just watching one of Cutlers Training Videos and thinking about it.
They always want to tell you how to exercise, how to eat and what to eat, Why not tell us how they run there cycles.
It is lmost like some manufacturer telling you what parts to buy to assemble an engine, where to buy the parts to build the engine, but leaving out how you actually assemble the engine
I know they always say that 60% + is diet But I have a pretty good Idea that the "Sauce" plays a pretty big role on being 290# with 3% B.F.
