I'm 47 and have been using Test C for about a year (low dose, .7 CC) and have had some gain however I have always been on a restricted carb diet (Metabolic diet)but still lack the low body fat (less than 10%). I have read in some places that test seems to hold fat, is this true? When I go with low fat higher carbs, I gain fat very fast.
Since I'm new to using test, anybody that "knows" about this at my age and can offer some good information (not the stuff that gets re-told from the magazines over and over) I would certainly appreciate it.
