Hey, I'm new to this site but have a ton of questions to ask!
I'm considering starting my first cycle and am looking for help on what things I should know or what am doing wrong/ right. This is some info that I hope might help:
I am:
-6 feet tall
-188 Lbs
-8 Percent body fat
-25 years old
-Have been working out seriously for the past 6 years but have been lifting weights for the last 11 years.
My diet consists of:
-2 Eggs in the morning on 2 slices of whole grain bread
- Protein bar at about 10 Am
- 6" sub at lunch, brown bread, lots of meat
- Protein shake at 4Pm
- Chick Breast at 6
Generally I like to give myself the option to eat more carbs before 6 Pm or else I will get cranky!!!
This is the Cycle I am considering:
8 Week on Cycle:
400 mg of Test-Prop - Shot every other day
1.5 mg of Proscar - Every other day
4 Week PCT:
100mg Clomid
20mg Nolva
I was also considering running Nolva or Aromasion during my on-Cycle. I'm looking to avoid, obviously, as many of the side effects as I can and am not really looking to put on massive amounts of size. This cycle is meant to be used for cutting as well as slightly improving my streangth... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
