Clen Question
How is it going guys?
I love the forum I read alot here don't post much.
I am about to get on a cycle of Clen and wanted to get some more info on people that used it. I am 25 yrs old, 6.3 235pounds have been lifting weights for 6 years. Never been on AAS cycles just supplements you can buy at supplement store. I got some body fat that I want to get rid off and its only around the waist so that is my concern. Yes I understand good diet and cardio will do it but i need something to do it quicker for me. I have been on a good diet for 4 months now and i can see the upper abs coming out but that lower part is killling me. Now I am thinking of doing 40mg 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off. I am a little worried going more then 40mgs because of the side effects i have heard (shaking and hear rate). I plan on drinkin 2 gallons of water each day eat about 6 times including 3 or 4 protein shakes.
Do I need to go more then 40mgs? Will I lose that body fat with only 40mg? Please help. THanx

every body different when i used clen i stated at 40 mcg and worked my way up if i felt i was sahking to much i backed off a little but i think average dose is 60 to 120 mcg

I would start at 60mcg and work your way up to a dose that you feel comfortable with I like 140mcg.

Thanx so much fellas.. i will try it that way work my way up slowly. Will I drop alot of weight if doing correctly? WIll I lose alot of muscle? whats best way to prevent that keep protein up?

at my max i was on 140mcgs, i tapered up but sides at 140 werent to bad as ive said in other threads, just minimal shakes, no headaches etc. You wont loose much muscle while using clen and it is SOMETIMES used in pct to stop muscle loss as its anti-catabolic, keeping protein up wont make much difference tbh!

thanx again guys... I will start off with 40 and work my way up. I wonder if it does magic around waist and abs? (of course with my proper diet) Can anyone clarify this for me. I will keep up the protein intake I am taking it next week and this whole week i have been loading myself to get used to it.
