    EPO - Whoa!

    Hello everyone,

Ok, so I have been researching what steriods to take to help me with my training and my lifestyle. I workout 4 times a week, work very hard, play very hard and do not get much sleep. I am looking for something that will help increase my energy levels on a day to day basis and, after I train - not to be sore (something like an 'advanced' protein drink).

I have now read a few articles on EPO (erythropoietin) and it sounds amazing. Has anyone here got any experience with EPO? If I missed training for a week what would be the side effects etc? Would it help with recovering after training etc?

Thank you very much in advance for your advice.

    Cee

Took it post cycle in 2002. I think 2000 IU E4D.

Really your pulse rate drops. You feel a better since of well being.

However, Please keep in mind it will not help recovery.

    It is not a AAS.

It simply increases blood volume, very much like EQ.

It actually IMHO is very weak.

Yes it helps recovery!!! I take it!!! What do you think more blood and oxygen are going to do for an injury? Your whole body has much more O2 to work with!!! People who say "don't fuk with EPO, know nothing about EPO. You have to know what your hematocrit levels are...that's all!!

Muscular Developement just did a nice article on EPO in the November issue. I suggest to check it out, EPO sounds promising for fat loss and muscle gains. But not any crazy strength gains. From what it sounds like I'd stack it to keep my gains and keep of fat during my PCT.

    Train smarter not harder.

You'll need a centerfuge. Look into Zipocrit http://www.blockscientificstore.com/...e-p/lwzip2.htm

checking your crit levels regularly. Lots and lots of reaserch prior will save your life.

For a bodybuilder I would just go with the EQ.
