most ive run is 500mg a week! all good tbh! a few on here have run over 1g of test a week! but it has been proven that bigger dosages dont necessarily mean bigger gains!
Why do you want to know?
just out of curiosity really ive always heard with test the more you have the bigger you can get but surely your body can only take so much so was just seeing what the outcome was

Testosterone is dose dependant, so in theory the more you take the more it works but there is a point were side effects outweigh returns. Everyone as different tolerances, you only need enough for your own body to grow, 500mgs may well be alot to a person who hasn't taken any Test before but to a vet that may be his HRT dose, using more doesn't mean bigger or better gains, more means more sides to cope with.
The body has an action to reaction philosophy, the body will adapt significantly at attempts at altering its homeostasis state at around 3-4 weeks, using this to your advantage and knowing how your own body reacts is a great way at maximising gains without building up tolerance.
All the above is useless if adequate food and rest are not in place, there are many tools to building muscle tissue and there isnt just one answer.
