I was wondering something...
So I was bored last night reading about the death of various people who were noted to use AAS.
There has never been any significant proof the AAS itself has KILLED anyone !!
But it still lworries me... has anyone read that article where two perfectly HEALTHY men .. died at like 29 + 32.
One was on 100mgs ED of Prop and 50mgs ED of Winny and 200mgs EW of Nandrolone .
And the other.. Nandrolone and Winny.
It just freaks me out that they died of a MILD CARDIAC INFARCTION ... whilst at the gym....
I suffer from a panic disorder... and this article of course didn't HELP me out in the least bit. NOW i have cycled numerous times in my life. NONE of which were an obscene over the top cycle.
But DO ANY of you think that this article has any bearing on why these guys died at such a young age?? Or that the AAS contributed in anyway, shape, or form to their early demise....
I was watching 1000 Ways to DIE on spike and there was this one episode that featured a weightlifter that juiced and conked out at the gym while doing chest presses... IT JUST PLAIN FREAKS ME OUT !!
I know I am going to die ONE DAY... hopefully not soon ... and I know there is risks involved with anything.. HELL YOU DRINK TOO MUCH WATER which we are MAINLY comprised of and BANG you kill yourself by drowning....
I try to be safe with my AAS use.. and after reading this article I think I am only going to stick to TWO COMPOUNDS for the rest of my life...
TESTOSTERONE (Any and all Esters) and
Proviron .. because of it's MILD nature and the fact that it is prescribed to some and comes in HUMAN grade form.
I think I am done with the UGL stuff and from now on will only put HUMAN GRADE products into my body.....
I don't know how long I will hold on to this attitude.. or IF I AM JUST RAMBLING... I mean my LIFE is very important to me.. OBVIOUSLY as it is with EVERYONE... And the fact that we all dabble in this DARKSIDE world does put us at risk of an early demise...
The fact still remains I dont wanna be buried in a casket.. I wanna be buried in a MOTORHOME !! LOL... But I dunno my way of thinking now has brought me to thinking that maybe if I just stick to the basics... WHICH IS TEST !! That I should remain safe... generally speaking.. obviously this probably isn't the case... even though it is a naturally occurring hormone in the BODY ... upping it will obviously POSE some sort of risk.. but I dont really care as far as that is concerned...
I want to surpass GENETICS !! And I believe that that is achievable with just a TEST base... What do you guys think??
Do you really think I am just letting the anxiety get the better of me?? Am I going above and beyond with my thinking and thinking WAAAAY too much into this?
I dont know what to do... I almost just want to never do it again.. but we all KNOW that THE DEUCE wont do that....
I am medically prescribed a TESTOSTERONE REPLACEMENT because my body CANNOT for some reason produce what is needed to allow myself to have a working MANHOOD at the young age of 27.
I dunno I was just kinda venting and I think a lot of u will yell at me and tell me I am an idiot for posting such a thing... But I just want true honest opinions on the matter... HELP ME WITH MY ANXIETY BRO'S !!

Man, you need to relax.don't take this the wrong way, but do you see a psychiatrist? There are good, safe anti anxiety meds out there.Nothing to be embarrassed about. But your problem needs to be addressed.Good luck. Titanium

Thanks man yah I was just going through a lil something there when I wrote that.. an anxiety attack.. they seem to get worse and worse as each and every cycle draws to a close.. i dunno.. i would see a psych but I wouldnt wanna inform him that I am an AAS user and turn into a FREAK SHOW during the last two weeks of my cycles...
P.S.- MY WIFE SAYS THE SAME THING TO ME ON A DAILY BASIS.. lol
I know.. I always use in moderation... read what I said to Titanium.. lol.. i'll be fine.. just something I deal with each and everytime I cycle... no biggie ... lol.. relaxed now... just like this dudeLast edited by The Deuce; 05-26-2009 at 03:08 PM.

Never heard of a single case where it was proved 100% that steroids were the cause of death..

First of all duece some of your cycles are kind of over the top, but even what we consider over the top is not over the top in the steroid community because there are alot of abusers and idiots out there.
Anyway, that article you read it doesn't mean anything, if two healthy males died at 29 and 32 while taking safe dosages of steroids it wasn't because the steroids made them go into cardiac arrest or trigger a heart attack, it could have been the intensity of their workout.
For example, look at soccer, almost at least once a year or every couple of years you read in the news where a soccer player during a match just collapsed and died and later they found out it was cardiac arrest or a heart attack. Does that mean soccer kills people? No, sometimes the human body is pushed to the brink (remember weightlifting is not natural to the body it is basically breaking down the body's muscle in order to rebuild them stronger and more muscular in the future) in some people it triggers a response where the body cannot sustain itself and has a heart attack or goes into slight cardiac arrest.
Now the fact that only 2-3 people out of hundreds of thousands experienced this shows you that it is not attributed to the steroid use directly.
All the deaths I have read about steroid use has been long term high amount abuse to the point the organs of the body shutdown, not some guy doing an average cycle who died the next day.

^^^^ Yah neither have I ... never 100% ... but we all know that they can ["CONTRIBUTE"] to the manner of Death... later on down the road... or at least to some extent possibly maybe...
I dunno I just got freaked out when I saw the article.. went into a PANIC attack of sorts and didnt want to be that guy running on a treadmill at 10mph and all of sudden... BANG !! All over...
Like I said... Panic attack averted ... back to my normal self... lol... SORRY bout this guys... it will happen from time to time.. damned PTSD !!!

I have, there was this guy in Colorado that was driving in the mountains when he realize that he forgot to inject himself that morning so he decided to do it while driving. He was wearing shorts so he just injected himself in the quad and wham he hit a never making him jerk the wheel and hit the accelerator. By doing that he went off a 10,000 ft. cliff and died all because of gear. So I warn all of you not to use gear!!!

Exactly !!! Thanks bro.. thats what I needed to hear !!
I am kinda curious though... which cycle are we talkin about that is over the top?? lol.. maybe the one that I decided I was going to do for a YEAR and all you guys talked me out of it..lol.. yah that was a lil bit retarded... I have since re-evaluated myself since I made that post and thought about... MODERATION is KEY to this lifestyle.
But for now.. you know what I am going to do?? I am just going to stick with just a TEST base and a MILD oral for awhile just to see how I end up and how everything turns out... you know... TWEAK my DIET ....not my COMPOUNDS... Do it the RIGHT way !!!
For instance... for my Next Bulking Cycle... I am going to use Test Cyp -600mgs EW for 14 weeks and Proviron 75mgs ED (14 weeks) and Anavar 60mgs ED for the tail end 6 weeks.
Nice Light decent cycle... not a 10 compound cycle.. not extreme amounts.. but instead of eating 3,500 cals I might bump it to lets say 5,000 cals... with macros running 450g pro (2g's per lb of BW ) and 320g Carbs (1.5 g's per lb of BW) and 80g of FAT ... just because I like that number as far as that goes.. nice round low-ish number for a bulking cycle IMO.

I just re-examined this and thought to myself.. if people are dying from PURE PHYSICAL EXERTION...
Why is it that we haven't heard of ANY MMA Fighter dropping dead?? I myself trained in MMA FOR 2 Years... out of those 2 years I was only on AAS for 3 months so I have really no frame of refernce on how they would effect performance much less whether that it was a BAD thing to be on them whilst training... BUT
WHAT I DO KNOW ABOUT MMA is that it is pure BRUTALITY to the BODY !!! Unrelenting, hardcore, put up or shut up.. tapout or pass out... just unbelievably taxing on the human body... more so than I think any other sport is.. especially when FIGHTING and having to drop oh so 10 lbs. in a 24 hr time span to make weight... BRUTAL !!!
Why hasn't anyone dropped dead from this?? Why I wonder??
AS i write this it makes me want to go back to MMA soooo bad... give up this BODYBUILDING idea I have had and been training for putting all my time and effort into and just going back into it just to get into that cage a wreak havoc on anyone who opposes me... thats more my style than bodybuilding but I thought HEY why not give it a try.. see if I am any good at it.. Bodybuilding to me just seems to be more of a release... I dunno.. it's just that EVERYONE nowadays is "AN MMA FIGHTER" I want to be something different.. Someone that is like a pure MASTERPIECE... Like Branch Warren (my idol) !!!
