Question Not able to work out..

My off days were sat and sun this week due to a short trip to the keys. Monday I woke up sick as hell and continued through today. I will go to the gym no matter what tomorrow. My question is : will taking those days off have a big negitive impact on me cause I'm on AAS?

Nope, sometimes its good to listen to your body and give your CNS time to recover.

I took saturday/sunday/and monday off and started back up today.

No big deal, just make sure your getting your food in while your sick thats what I would focus on.

As the other guys said there is nothing better for you than listening to your body.
Your body will always let you know if its ready to be beaten up in the gym again.
I only train if I feel good. Like yesterday I just felt like crap so rather than go and have a shitty workout I waited and went today had a great training session.

My appitite absolutly sucks right now. breakfast and lunch not bad, but as the day gets later i feel nasty. i've supplemented my snack meals with myoplex. I've managed to force 5 hb eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup rasberries for breakfast, chicken and anchovie salad for lunch, 10oz bone in rib-eye with sweet potato and artichokes for dinner. I usually eat more, alot more. Plus cooking sucks when your sick! the heat from the oven is vicious!
