    sample cycle, looking for advice

    hi guys, i am thinking about starting a cycle and wanted feedback on what i have chosen to run. i am going to run deca and test for 10 weeks a piece, 350mg of deca per week and 300 or 400mgs of test enanethate per week as well. i am also going to have arimidex on stand by in case i need it for sides/gyno or might just take it on cycle, have not decide. which way would be better? my pct will be nolvadex and i will run it for 6 weeks.
    -i am currently 22 years old, been training for 5 years.
    -i am 140lbs, mayb 10% bf and trying to bulk up with solid lean gains.

    give me some feedback, no matter if its good or bad. hopefully this cycle doesnt sound too bad tho. ive done significant research on everything, but it never hurts to hear from people first hand. thanks everyone!

    you need to pick up the fork and spoon man and start eating. you should def not being using any type of steroids .

    yea, i could start there i guess. i sound smaller then i look though. i havent tried bulking much in a while and have been leaning out for about a year. the cycle is just a sample idea thought, nothing is set in stone yet...do you think i would have any cardio related problems if i took this stuff? i kickbox too and was unsure how this would relate to strenuous cardio...

    you'll be right on cycle and still kick boxing.
    BUT i would hit the diet section and post up you will get help where you can get significant gains natty.
    and then you can decide if you still want to cycle

    you might find that you are happy natty and getting good results.

    if your diet isn't in check. AAS will not be a miracle drug.

    my diet isnt bad, but ill admit its not geared 4 big time bulking right now...i eat ALL chicken, fish, rice, turkey, egg whites and lean protein. my biggest thing was that i want to gain good and solid without extra bodyfat. i eat every 2 hours too.

    egg whites/oatmeal, protein bars, shakes, chicken and rice, or fish and rice every night for dinner. that basically is my whole diet...

    no offense... but it sucks considering a BUNCH of things.

    1-you dont know your BMR so it autoatmically sucks

    2-you dont know calories for foods/meals/day

    3-you dont know macros for foods/meals/day

    4-thers a million more i dont feel like typing out but ill be willing to give you the help you ACTUALLY NEED! isnt that nice?

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    probly just going to take notes from the diet section, post up my diet and stay natty with it like you guys said 4 now...thanks guys!

    thats the wiegh to go. Eat some more carbs man pasta's rice and veggies. Are you taking a multivitamin?
