    Question Looking for advise on first cycle ever.

    About me:
    I am 26 about to be 27
    6' tall
    245lbs
    not sure of my bodyfat%


    -Weeks 1-12 500mg Test E
    -Weeks 1-4 40mg Dbol
    -Clomi as my PCT (how much should I take and when?)
    -and possibly Nolva (if needed)

    Does this sound like a reasonable first time cycle? All help and advise appreciated.

    well body fat would be essential.. given you could be 245 and fat as hell.. or chisled as hell.. you know its all diet right?... the cycle itself looks good...idno about the PCT

    Can you see your abs?
    You should run clomid and nolva together

    If you don't have a hint of abs showing, I don't think you should cycle. I think the cycle sounds good as long as your BF isn't too high. I would look into a Nolva, Clomid, Aromasin PCT, just clomid won't cut it.

    i think you should get it checked (calipers or dipped). i wouldnt cycle over 12%

    Definitely no abs showing.

    Nolva, Clomid, Aromasin for PCT...researching now.

    definately no abs showing doesnt make anybody on here feel your confident enough for the needle.. diet is what you need bro, you should post up in the diet forum im there all the time and will set you up for sucess

    Well if you can literally "pinch an inch" on your stomach. I wouldn't recommend cycling yet. You will be more prone to estrogen sides and high blood pressure.
