well no back in highschool i ran track for P.E. and took weight lifting classes for two years.. but that was highschool and i didnt eat right bak then or take any suppliments or do anything really and they didnt teach you how to work out properly it more of thing about just havin fun, but my diet consist of alota tuna and chicken, fish, salads and water nothin sweet or with sugar cuz im tryin to loose the body fat and alot of greens also. i also go to the gym 5 days a week and everyday im at the gym i do an hour of cardio after im done training..
