    info on steroids

    I'm new to the work out thing, I've been workin out for a few weeks now, and I don't know much about steroids, so I need some info. But should a newbi buy pills or injection? How much are they if you know of a good starter pack please tell me the name or item number and ill check it out thank you. Just trying to learn some things about steroids b4 using them.

    if u're new to workout.. u shld really stay away from AAS. u dont need them atm.

    Best ones you can get are at GNC but if you want to save money you can get good ones at Wallmart.

    yeh steroids are not available in combo packs at the local Wal Mart! You need to do research and try to find a reputable source. Also IMO unless you have used some good natural supplements and have your diet down to a "t" and have stopped making gains, you do not want to take any AAS might screw up your natural growth for years to come

    im 22 years old and i weigh 185 like i said i started workin out a couple weeks ago and a couple weeks ago i was 195 so i lost 10lbs doing cardio and dieting right and ive been lifting as well, im currently on liop6x and nitrix and cellmass and NO explode.. but i was wanting to cut some or maybe all of that out and just get on steroids but im not sure about my bodyfat% dont really know how to fdigure it out either..

    So out out your whole life this is the first month and a half you have put into triaining or systematic lifting/cardio??


    Whats your daily diet consist of?

    How many days a week do you lift and do cardio and what days are they??

    steroids for NOW, is not the road you want to go down...honestly.

    you should really take the time to learn how your body works naturally without the drugs. find what works for you, find what diets work for you (for both cutting and bulking)

    they arn't a magical pill/injection....

    i just think that you have so much room to progress and learn, without the need of any drugs. if you don't know your body off the drugs, then the drugs wont do much for you in the grand scheme of things....

    well no back in highschool i ran track for P.E. and took weight lifting classes for two years.. but that was highschool and i didnt eat right bak then or take any suppliments or do anything really and they didnt teach you how to work out properly it more of thing about just havin fun, but my diet consist of alota tuna and chicken, fish, salads and water nothin sweet or with sugar cuz im tryin to loose the body fat and alot of greens also. i also go to the gym 5 days a week and everyday im at the gym i do an hour of cardio after im done training..

    You have ALOT to learn.......

    First off you shouldnt be doing an hour of cardio after you lift. That is WAY too much........

    I would recomend doing a maximum of 20-30 mins after, specifically 20 minutes after at a lower intensity. Also do 40-45 mins of cardio when you first get up in the morning before you eat anything. If you want to truely have no worries anbout burning muscle then take some BCAA's before the morning cardio.

    Now for the lifting, what parts do you work out and when?? What is your weekly split?? How many rest days?


    WHAT IS YOUR DIET?? I THINK THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!!!!
    List what you ate today and around what times, regardless of how bad so we see where you stand.......


    As of right now Steroids are only going to hurt you since you have not built up any natural muscle fibers and strengthing your joints with all natural muscle. I would recomend at least 1 year of training before hoping on anything since you really have NO, NONE, NOTHING of training before this.

    I was hoping if we could show him how he could gain by tweaking his routine he might back off of the premature cycle ideas.
