ok on hrt from the doc..200mg per week. i started off at 207 3 weeks ago. well yesterday i weighed 221. i look bigger than ever before but i dont wanna get to 240lbs. im only 5 11 should i slow down on protein intake or do a bunch of cardio. how about using a water pill from the doc. i cant imagine if i was doing 500 a week. id be 270 in 5 months. thanks
