    Question on Usage

    I have already determined I am doing Anavar and I know some of you may not agree that its worth it, test is best, this that and the other. I appreciate all of you guys imput but I have found this is probably the best thing for me. My question however is if were to get a 60mg pill, do you take it before you work out? Morning? after workout? and someone was saying they have like 20mgs taking them multiple times a day. Will a 60mg single pill suffice? And do you take it only on the days you work out? Thanks....

    I can tell by your questions, you shouldnt be cycling.

    Anavar is a steroid, it is NOT a workout supplement. Of course you need to take it everyday.

    Lets get some stats before we proceed.

    age
    height
    weight
    bf%
    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

    I agree with war that by these Q's you should not be cycling. How old are you ??

    I posted a question a bit before... honestly... Im 23 years old, 188lbs, 6'2, 9% body fat... I have been working out since freshmen year of high school football, so for a while now. I am very lean and have hit a plateau for a while now. i dont want to use test cause I dont want to swell and be really really huge and bulky (just not my thing, not knocking those of you who are) but rather cut lean with a "v" shape. My goal is to be around 200 lbs of muscle and have 5-8% body fat. My diet I admit is kindda shitty, but as i mentioned before in a previous post, I am going to law school and will be forced into a rigourous healthy routine/diet.

    I know diet is important, and I am and will fix it. But my problem with doing research on this site and getting information (believe me I have done a lot) is alot of the guys have done these huge cycles and say things like "anavar isnt worth it". But when your 250 lbs and do 4 different things, of course its not. I just need these questions answered, not whether I should be doing it or not. I'm pretty happy with my build now, however I am looking to get a jump start over my plateau and reach my goal in a MODERATE fashion. Thanks everyone...

    I would split the dosage as even as possible throughout the day. 20mg every 8 hours. I have never had blood work done after using but others have said that anavar really screws your lipid profile.

    test doesn't make you a huge walking ball of mass......

    you take it every day. why would you not take it every day? your levels would be all over the map!

    i really dont think you're gonna see anything you're expecting from a whopping 60mg a day...... your body though...

    reading the end of your post, you basically admit your diet pretty much blows.......

    no drug will make up for your short comings in diet.

    if you dont know your body off the drugs well enuff to progress naturally, drugs will not fix that.

    eat like a beast. watch yourself explode.
