Thank you to everyone (esp vets) who contribute and educate. I wish this site was around when I was 20 and doing dangerously ignorant cycles!
My present situation: availability in my area is very limited and am considering a cycle based on the few things I have acquired.
My stats:
Age:27
Height: 5'5" (anticipating shorts jokes)
Weight: 155-160lbs
Workout: I am a personal trainer with a pretty decent workout routine and I train muay thai, so I have muscular endurance and functional strength from sparring. (shorts guys always fight, lol)
Diet: Try to keep low sodium, whey/casein shakes, lean red meats, sushi, oatmeal, cold cuts sandwiches, lots of broccoli, carrots, popcorn, rice. protein pars and casein shakes post workout. This isn't in daily order, just a loose rundown on what I eat.
Cycle experience: It has been a few years since my last cycles, I never did anything right. Very little research and no pct. Just listened to foolish friends and jakked dudes at the gym who were older. Example: Mixed primo, sust for 10 weeks. Dbol, Sust, Cip for 10 weeks, none with pct.
I have researched on this and other sites... I have an idea on what each compound does, but in all honesty I am lost on how to formulate a (lean or bulk-whichever) mass building cycle.
Presently, I have 10cc 200ml Deca & 20cc 200ml EQ.
No pct yet. I am talking to the guy tomorrow and do not know what to request. Again, I am looking for hopefully like a 6-10 week cycle to put on about 10-12lbs.
Would some of the vets please suggest:
- what compound I could add (and how many ccs) to make this cycle directed toward mass building
-If I cannot acquire more juice, then please inform me how how to run what I have
-what PCT (and how much) to get.
