Newbie Advice
Hi,
I am looking for something that will boost my recovery time and give me more energy day-to-day. I work out only for an hour, 4 days a week - but I still feel very tired and aching throughout the day (although I have proteins drinks etc). I also work very hard and have a lot of late nights (not much sleep).
Is there something out there which can help recovery time and boost my energy - although I do not wish to get too much bigger and I do a lot of C.V.
Thanks

Time your diet better. Take carbs when you need them. Visit the diet section.
Sleep is something you just CAN'T slack at. At least 7-8 hours every night. No ifs, ands, or buts.

2 late allready started today.
Ive been training for about 8 years and i know hw I react to aas in general. All im asking is can it potentially work on it's own with a strict diet, lots of sleep and cardio?
thanks.

Thanks for all of your responses:
height - 6'1
weight - 75kg
age - 25
bodyfat - 15
years training - 5 (on and off)
Basically, like I said i only train one hour a day - 4 days a week. But because of my lifestyle (working in the city and fast lifestyle) i am always tired. I was thinking of maybe getting some EPO as that is for endurance training and that seems close to what I need... Helping with fatigue etc
As for diet - it is very good - mainly akaline based, a lot of carbs and protein when I train - diet is not really an issue... i just want something which is going to act like a 'supper' vitamin tablet which is gna give me LOADS of energy....?
