    GYNO surgery or no..?

    Well this is what I currently look like:



    I should of some Nolva and Clom tomorrow. Wondering if that will make me look normal again or am I going to have to get surgery to look normal again?

    I've had a lump in my nipple since puberty but no growths. (22 now)
    I was taking some steroid cream for my dry skin condition and didn't notice one side of my chest was getting bigger. Went on a 8 week cycle of test e without protection and now ended up like this. I know I'm an idiot for not doing any research about the gear.. but any thoughts on my situation?
