gyno while on tren and test

got a puffy nipple with a lump under not soar to touch, shall i take nolva for the rest of my cycle.

Im not an expert on tren a, but isn't that prolactin issues and requires something like cabergoline?

if your on tren and test i wouldnt run nolva

id get some letro

prolactin issues wouldnt cause a lump

so its most likely gyno from the test

letro would take care of it faster and stronger

novla with a 19-nor is supposed to be a no no. though ive done it without any problems.

How about using Adex over letro?

Thats what i was wondering. Letro is too harsh anyway. I have a feeling TS doesnt know what to look for though. I seriously doubt gyno developed in 8 days. Thats like only 2 injections.

he could have had high estrogen the last few months and just now developing gyno

or its a progestin issue in which case id recommend letro again

yes letro is harsh. but it does what its supposed to do.

you need a strong letro protocal.

how would i run this letro and how long for..

i usually go 2.5mg a day for around 6-10 days. then cut that dose in half for another 6-10 days. and keep cutting it in half every few days after that

then when you get down to like .5 mg a day id start on some nolva or a-dex or aromisin at an average dose and run that for a week or 2 WHILE still runnin the letro.

then stop the letro and keep runnin the other AI for another week or 2 after stoppin the letro

that will help prevent your estrogen levels from rebounding

but take that outline lightly

its more about how you feel the letro working

if the lump gets smaller pretty fast then you can cut your doses a little faster then i put down. play it by ear (or feel) in other words

I'd get some adex asap. If it doesn't help, then letro it up.

I would start with .5 mg everyday, then if it subsides, .25 mg every other day or even every three days.


But if its already at a certain point in progression, letro would be a better idea, kind of like what dukki was saying.

I would have already been running an AI like LETROZOLE or AROMASIN ,,,but twith the TREN you may need some BROMOCRIPTINE or DOSTINEX as well.

Well, if it doesn't look like gyno, and it doesn't hurt. Just a little puffy. I'd go with the adex.
